▪️ $30 is required in order to confirm your install appointment. If you do not receive a confirmation email then you do not have a confirmed appointment.

▪️ (You will have 30 days to reschedule using your same deposit if you have to cancel or reschedule) If your 30 days expire you will have to pay an additional deposit.
⏰ I allow all clients a 15 MINUTE grace period. If you are running late, please communicate with me or my assistant! After 15 minutes, I will add a $10 late fee to your final total. After 30 minutes your appointment will be canceled.
▪️ Custom coloring is a 4 day process! Send me picture of the color you would like me to achieve through my email (email@example.com) and I’ll try my best to REDUPLICATE!
ALL FRONTALS AND WIGS MUST BE DROPPED OFF ATLEAST A DAY BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT. IF YOU DO NOT HAVE YOUR LACE DROPPED OFF THEN YOU WILL NOT BE SERVICED

▪️ If you are using old bundles please make sure they are washed.
I will NOT work with any old wigs and frontals that I didn’t install previously also please do not cut your lace in any way. You will not be serviced.
